Somatic Experiencing: Processing Emotion Stored in the Body

In this workshop, we’ll learn how to process excess energy that can be stored in the body, as a result of daily life or bigger events. Learn how to reduce physical tension, connect with your inner wisdom, deepen emotional intelligence, and find peace, clarity, and balance.

Yoga is more than exercise or stretching. It is a set of healing practices that can calm the mind, balance energies, and bring clarity and peace.
Yoga practices can help us process emotion, clear excess stress, break through trauma, and disrupt patterns that keep us stuck, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
As a yoga teacher, my goal is to create a safe space where every body is welcome. My classes are trauma informed. They are designed to help people calm their nervous systems, release tension, and experience calmness and peace.
I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years and completed yoga teacher training in 2012. To see my teaching bio, click HERE
