Starting coaching or therapy, and beginning to share your story with a new person, can be an overwhelming and intimidating process.
Read below to learn how I begin working with new clients. I hope this can help to lessen some of the trepidation around getting the help you need when you need it most:
Start by booking a complimentary assessment call.
The purpose of this call is to find out if we’re a good fit for each other. This is not a coaching or therapy session, but rather an opportunity for you to determine whether my approach, philosophy, and style are what you’re looking for.
If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll schedule an introductory session.
In this session, I’ll ask you more about what’s happening and gather background info. At the end of this session, I’ll give you my impressions, recommendations for how to move forward, and a few tools or techniques you can begin using right away to ease your unique situation.
After this, we’ll set our schedule and develop a working plan.
In the second session, we’ll define your goals and develop a working plan for how to reach these. All aspects of the plan will be individualized and custom tailored. You’ll be on your way toward empowerment and relief!
NOTE: For years, I worked directly with children. I now work with parents directly because I find that working this way brings relief to children and parents much more quickly. For more info on this, please see my Philosophy section.
*In some cases, I offer home visits as a way to expedite the coaching process. If you are interested in this, let me know, and we can discuss individually.

These sessions can be done in-person, in Phoenix, or by phone or video conference.

These sessions can be done in-person or remotely and must be completed within a 10-week timeframe. Packages are designed to be more affordable options for those looking to find root causes and achieve long-lasting results.
